Reads the barcode, cuts the mailer from a roll to item length, bags the item, seals it, prints and applies the shipping label and sends the parcel down the conveyor. One operator, 600-900 parcels an hour. Imported and serviced in Türkiye by MFY Yazılım.

It runs on standard perforated mailer rolls 250-550 mm wide, prints and applies shipping labels with a SATO CL4NX industrial printer, is controlled from an HLZN touch panel and Windows PC, and is guarded by a light curtain, two-hand start and emergency stop. It needs 220 V single-phase power and 0.6-0.8 MPa dry air.

What you need for installation

What is the power consumption?
220 V single phase on a 16 A circuit. Most consumption is the seal jaw and the thermal printer, comparable to an industrial printer plus a small motor group.
Is the compressor included?
No. A small workshop compressor delivering 0.6-0.8 MPa dry air is sourced separately; we connect it at installation.
How much floor space?
About 2 × 3 m including the conveyor. The machine is on castors and can be moved inside the warehouse.
Which roll widths?
Perforated rolls from 250 to 550 mm. Two widths usually cover the product mix; length is cut automatically.
