One hour with your own products: the Paketör demo
Not a brochure figure but one measured with your product. Bring a box of items; we pack them, you hold the stopwatch, we inspect the parcels together. Free, by appointment.
Short answer
The Paketör demo takes place in the showroom at Büyükkayacık OSB, Konya, Türkiye, lasts about an hour and is free. You bring your products and, if you have one, your mailer roll; the machine runs with your items, time per parcel is measured and the label flow is shown from your own panel. Remote demos by live video are available.
What happens on the day
- 10 minutes: products and flow. We go through the items you brought, your daily order volume and where your labels come from.
- 30 minutes: at the machine. Your items are packed one by one. Bag width, seal temperature and speed are set for your products and we explain each setting. You hold the stopwatch.
- 10 minutes: inspecting parcels. Seal line, label position, bag length. Anything you dislike we adjust on the spot.
- 10 minutes: numbers. Labour saving and payback from the measured speed and your order volume; which options the quote will include.
Bring with you
- 15-20 items representing your mix: the smallest, the largest and the best seller
- Your mailer roll if you use one (otherwise we use our standard roll)
- A few real shipping-label PDFs or panel access, so we show the label flow with your data
- Your peak-day figures: orders, people, hours
Remote demo
If you cannot travel to Konya, ship us your products; we pack them on a live video call and send the parcels back to you, so you can inspect the seal and label in your hands.
Afterwards
The same day you receive a quote with conveyor, printer and roll-width options and a payback table. If you go ahead, we set an installation date; installation and one day of operator training are included. See the pricing guide and the PK-220 page.
