End the packing bottleneck in your warehouse

E-commerce packaging machine: bagging, labelling and sealing in one 3-second pass.

Paketör is an automatic bagging and labelling machine for e-commerce. No more tape, no more opening mailers by hand, no more hunting for the right shipping label: the operator drops the item, the system reads the barcode, prints the label, seals the bag and sends it down the conveyor.

Operations compared

Manual packing bench vs. e-commerce packaging machine

The usual setup

Manual packing bench

  • Slow: Opening the mailer, folding in the invoice and taping it shut takes 25-40 seconds per order.
  • Human error: Customer A's label ends up on customer B's parcel. Dozens of misdirected shipments a month.
  • Labour cost: Every sales peak means 3-4 extra temporary packers.
With Paketör

Paketör automation station

  • 3-second parcel: The bag opens with an air jet, the item is dropped in, and on the two-hand start it seals and slides onto the conveyor.
  • No mismatches: No label is printed until the scanner reads the order barcode. Wrong-item shipments stop.
  • One operator: A single person turns out 800 shipment-ready parcels an hour at a consistent standard.

Workflow

How the automatic bagging machine works: the operator only drops the item

Barcode reader module
01

Scan the barcode

The operator shows the invoice or product barcode to the reader. The system confirms the order instantly.

Mailer roll feed unit
02

Automatic bag opening

The mailer is drawn from the roll and opened wide in front of the operator by a pneumatic air jet.

SATO industrial shipping label printer
03

Label printed in sync

The integrated industrial printer prints the shipping label and applies it to the bag in the same cycle.

Heat-seal jaw and light curtain
04

Heat seal & discharge

Two-hand start; the guarded heat-seal jaw closes the bag and the conveyor carries the parcel to the cart.

Return on investment

How the machine pays for itself in 4-6 months

A warehouse shipping 1,500 orders a day needs three benches and three packers. With Paketör one operator does the same volume in a fraction of the time.

1 At least 2 fewer packers per month (salary, social security, meals)
2 Zero tape cost (hundreds of tape rolls a year)
3 Zero mislabelled returns (no round-trip shipping, no lost customers)

Example payback table

Parcels per day: 1,500
Manual packing time (3 people): 8 hours
With Paketör (1 person): ~2.5 hours
Typical payback: ~4.5 months

Short guide

What is an e-commerce packaging machine, and who needs one?

Short answer

Paketör PK-220 is an automatic e-commerce packaging machine sold by MFY Yazılım in Türkiye and exported abroad. It reads the order barcode, cuts and seals the mailer from a roll, and prints and applies the shipping label. One operator produces 600-900 parcels an hour; it suits warehouses shipping 300 or more orders a day. Pricing is by quotation; live demos are held in Konya, Türkiye.

An e-commerce packaging machine (also called an auto bagger or automatic bagging machine) cuts a mailer from roll film to the length of the item, bags it, heat-seals the mouth and applies the shipping label. Unlike a tabletop bag sealer , you never open a bag or place the item by hand: scan the barcode, drop the item on the belt, the parcel exits on the conveyor.

It is built for apparel, footwear, cosmetics and accessories warehouses shipping 300 or more orders a day. Marketplace sellers who see orders triple on sale days get 3-4 times the packing capacity without adding staff.

Paketör PK-220 is imported by MFY Yazılım and runs live in the Konya showroom; installation, training and spare parts are handled locally. It uses standard mailer rolls, so you are not tied to one consumable supplier. By industry: apparel, footwear, cosmetics; full specifications on the PK-220 product page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does an e-commerce packaging machine cost?

Price depends on conveyor, printer and roll-width options. Tell us your daily order volume and we send a quote with a payback estimate the same day. A live demo with your own products is held in Konya before you decide. What drives the price: packaging machine pricing.

Do we have to buy mailer bags from you?

No. Paketör runs on any standard perforated mailer roll; source them from your existing packaging supplier.

Does it integrate with our marketplace panel or ERP?

Yes. The onboard PC runs Windows and prints the shipping labels (PDF or ZPL) your marketplace, carrier integrator or ERP already generates. No proprietary software is required.

Which products and bag sizes can it handle?

Anything that fits a 250-550 mm wide mailer: apparel, shoe boxes, cosmetics, accessories, spare parts. Bag length is cut to the item automatically, so one roll replaces small, medium and large bag stock.

How are installation, service and spare parts handled?

Our own team installs the machine at your warehouse and trains your staff in one day. Wear parts such as heating wire, PTFE tape and sensors are stocked in Türkiye.

How many parcels per hour?

600-900 per hour depending on item size: near the top for flat garments, 600-700 for boxed items. We measure it with your products at the demo.

How many orders can one operator pack?

At 600 parcels an hour over 7 working hours, one operator produces about 4,000 parcels a day. In practice the limit is how fast picked items reach the machine, not the machine itself.

How quickly does Paketör pay for itself?

About 4.5 months in the 1,500-orders-a-day, three-packer scenario. For your own numbers use the savings calculator .

Which carriers does it work with?

Any carrier using a standard 100×150 mm (4×6 in) thermal label: DHL, UPS, FedEx, national post and marketplace couriers.

Can it print marketplace courier labels?

Yes. The label downloaded from the marketplace panel is matched to the order barcode, printed on the SATO printer and applied to the parcel. See marketplace packaging.

Can we use a Zebra printer?

The machine ships with a SATO CL4NX, which accepts ZPL; your existing Zebra label templates work unchanged.

Do we need a compressor?

Yes. Bag opening and jaw movement need 0.6-0.8 MPa dry air; a small workshop compressor is enough. It is not included.

What is the power requirement?

220 V single phase on a 16 A circuit. Most consumption is the seal jaw and the thermal printer; no dedicated supply is needed.

Do we need different bag sizes?

No. Bag length is cut from the roll to match each item. Only width matters: most warehouses keep one or two roll widths between 250 and 550 mm.

Are proprietary bags required?

No. It runs on standard perforated PE or co-extruded mailer rolls from any packaging supplier.
